Obituary Notice- Tara A. Evert

FORESTVILLE:  Tara A. Evert, 37, of Hanover Road, Forestville, died unexpectedly Sunday, August 4th, as a result of a motor vehicle accident on County Line Road, Town of Perrysburg, at TLC/HN-Lake Shore Hospital, Irving.  She was born in Buffalo, on December 11, 1975, the daughter of Kenneth Evert, of Forestville and Audrey (Melson) Ciepiela, of Lackawanna.

She was a graduate of Lake Shore Central School and received her LPN last year from the BOCES program in Angola.  Ms. Evert was currently working as a LPN at Autumn View Health Care Facility, Hamburg.  She was involved with Canine Rescue and was a former CPR Instructor with the American Red Cross.

Surviving besides her parents are her stepmother Cindee Evert of Forestville, a stepbrother, Paul Ciepiela, of Lackawanna and a stepsister, Sharon Ciepiela, of Buffalo.  Also surviving are her fiance Michael Allen of Forestville and several aunts, uncles & cousins.  She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents Clarence and Gertrude Evert and by her maternal grandparents Raymond and Dorothy Melson.

Friends are welcome to call at the Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Thursday evening from 7-9 pm and on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, from where Funeral Services will be held Saturday morning at 11 o’clock, with Rev.     I’ll never forget the way you held me in your arms or the way you rescued me when my back was against the wall. You always made me smile no matter the situation, I thought it would last forever…well that was my mistake.
