SILVER CREEK: Cindy L. Barber, 63, of Main Street, Silver Creek, passed away Thursday, March 31st 2022, at Buffalo General Hospital, following a short illness. She was born in Dunkirk, on December 24, 1958, the daughter of the late William D. and Eleanor J. (Smith) Barber.
Cindy attended Forestville Central School and Fredonia BOCES. She worked for the former Petri Baking Products Silver Creek and previously worked for the former Lake Shore Nursing Home, Irving and the WCA Home, Fredonia as an aide. Cindy attended the First Baptist Church SBC, Silver Creek and enjoyed making crafts & crocheting.
Survivors include a brother, Gary W. (Cynthia) Barber, of Irving, her companion Ed Brumfield of Silver Creek and a nephew Willie Kaminski.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11 o’clock on Tuesday, April 12th at the Pioneer Cemetery, Bennett State Road, Forestville, with Rev. Mark Swan, pastor of the First Baptist Church SBC, Silver Creek officiating.
The family suggests memorials may be made to the Forestville Fire Department, Inc., PO Box 299, Forestville, NY 14062.
