Forestville: Keith R. Fish, 59, of Forestville, died Thursday, July 24, 2025 at his residence. He was born in Jamestown on December 15, 1965, the son of the late Kenneth and Janet (Noble) Fish.
Keith was a graduate of Pine Valley Central School, Class of 1985 and currently worked as a Machine Operator for Nestle Purina, Dunkirk. He also served in the Army.
Keith was a high school football coach and was a member of the Southwestern Chapter NYS Association of Certified Football Officials (NYSACFO), where he was an interpreter of the chapter and trained new officials. He loved the Buffalo Bills, enjoyed football, baseball, golf and woodworking.
Survivors include wife of 38 years, Teri (Tatchell) Fish of Forestville, whom he married on July 18, 1987 in Dunkirk, two daughters Kaitlin Fish, of Forestville, Hannah Fish, of Rochester, a sister Kimberly Fish, of Jamestown, and two brothers Kenneth (Penny) Fish, and Kurt Fish, both of Rochester. Also surviving are two grandchildren; Tucker & River Racinowski and several nieces & nephews.
Friends are welcome to call at Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Monday evening from 5-7 PM from where funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 11 o’clock.

Keith and I were on the wrestling team together at Pine Valley and for some reason during practice Keith got to have me to practice with- him 175 is pounds me 105. He sure did give me a great work out. So sad he is gone but not forgotten.
