GERRY: Anna Belle Mingle, 96, a resident of Heritage Village Rehab & Skilled Nursing, Route 60, Gerry, formerly of the Town of Arkwright & Forestville, died Tuesday, March 3rd, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Great Valley, on September 19, 1918, the daughter of the late Clarence and Elizabeth (O’Hara) Wheeler.
She worked as a Cook for the St. Stephens Hotel, Brocton. Mrs. Mingle loved gardening, cooking & baking.
Survivors include a sister, Mary Lou Paternosh and nieces & nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Arthur Mingle, who died in 1989 and by a sister Elizabeth “Betty” Smith who died May 11, 2011.
There will be no visitation observed. Private Interment will be in Burnham Hollow Cemetery, Town of Arkwright.
