Silver Creek: Marleen A. Hansen 71, of Silver Creek, died Monday, March 3, 2025 at McAuley Residence, Kenmore. She was born in Buffalo on May 27, 1953, the daughter of the late Milton and Edna (Boutilier) Kiefhaber.
Marleen was a graduate of East Aurora High School and worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for WNYDDSO in Silver Creek for approximately 15 years. She was a member of the Life Church Buffalo in West Seneca. Marleen loved to crochet and spend time with her family.
Survivors include two daughters; Rhonda (Mike) Fontaine, of Lackawanna, Abigail Hansen, of Silver Creek, two sisters Sharleen (Harvey) Underhill, of Hamburg, Darleen (John) Murphy, of Arcade, and a brother Edward (Morgan) Kiefhaber, of Boston. Also surviving are three grandchildren; Parker, Gabbie & Aurora Fontaine, several nieces & nephews and two great nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held a later date.
The family suggests memorials may be made to Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care, 20 W. Fairmount Avenue, Lakewood, NY 14750.
