Eden: Callie May E. Gajewski, 84, of Eden, formerly of Forestville, died Sunday, March 2, 2025 at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo. She was born in Bainbridge, GA on December 7, 1940, the daughter of the late Waldon and Nellie (Cox) Cloud.
Callie May enjoyed painting and traveling.
Survivors include three children Michael (Cathy) Gajweski, of Forestville, Richard (Carolyn) Gajewski, of Eden, and Elizabeth (Kevin) Chadwick, of Silver Creek, a sister Lucile Robison, of Kenosha, WI, and a brother Ira (Debbie) Cloud, of Florida. Also surviving are several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Richard H. Gajewski, Sr. whom she married on January 15, 1957 in Sylvester, GA and who died April 21, 2004, and an infant daughter May Theresa Gajewski.
Services are private and interment will be in the Forestville Cemetery.
