Obituary Notice – Diana M. Kellogg

SILVER CREEK:  Diana M. Kellogg, 77, of Newton Street, Silver Creek, passed away suddenly Tuesday, December 20th, 2022, at Buffalo General Hospital.  She was born in the Town of Hanover, on September 3, 1945, the daughter of the late Edmund and Betty (Small) Raczka.

  Diana was a graduate of Lake Shore Central School and worked for The Colony Restaurant in Irving as a waitress, for 18 years.

  Survivors include three children Cheryl (Donald) Malysza, of West Seneca; Michael (Kelly) Kellogg, of Florida; Christine Stratton, of Canisteo; three brothers, Jim Raczka, Mike Raczka and Mark Raczka.  Also surviving are brother & sister-in-law Larry (Pam) Kellogg, six grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.  Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Kenneth D. Kellogg, whom she married June 20, 1964 in Silver Creek and who died January 4, 2017 and two brothers Daniel & Steven Raczka.

  Friends are welcome to call at Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Tuesday from 4-8 PM, from where Funeral Services will be held Wednesday morning at 11 o’clock with Rev. Michael Pollock, pastor of Gage Chapel Community Church, Smith Mills, officiating.  Private Interment will be in Evergreen Lawn Cemetery, Town of Hanover.

  The family suggests memorials may be made either to Silver Creek Fire Dept. Emergency & Rescue Squad, 162 Central Avenue, Silver Creek, NY 14136 or to Lakeshore Humane Society, 431 E. Chestnut Street, Dunkirk, NY 14048.

    We will miss you! So glad you are with Dad….can’t wait to see you down the line. You lived life to the fullest and taught me a lot of great things along the way! Safe travels wherever the afterlife takes you.

    Diana was our Neighbor for many years & was a wonderful lady. She will be sadly missed buy us! Prayers for her family at this difficult time.
