FORESTVILLE: Matthew Roger Greenough, 32, of King Road, Forestville, died unexpectedly Wednesday, August 25th, 2021. He was born in Dunkirk, on December 15, 1988, the son of Kevin Greenough and Judith Schroeder of Forestville. He was a graduate of Forestville Central School, Class of 2007 and joined the Air Force soon after high school, where he received a medical discharge.
Matthew like going to the beach and enjoyed a good steak! He also enjoyed computers, investing money, church, had a strong interest in the music industry and enjoyed spending time with his family.
Matthew is also survived by a brother, Michael (Megan Deike) Greenough his grandmother Janet Schroeder of Forestville and a nephew Brantley Greenough. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Roger & Wilma Greenough.
Friends are welcome to call at Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Thursday evening from 6-9 PM, from where Funeral Services will be held on Friday morning, September 3rd, 2021, at 11 o’clock, with Rev. Michael Pollock, pastor of Gage Chapel Community Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Smith Mills Cemetery Town of Hanover.
