FORESTVILLE: Stella May Stanbro, 72, of Third Street, Forestville, died Thursday, November 6th, 2014 at her residence. She was born in the Town of Stockton on August 12, 1942, the daughter of Myrtle (Ditcher) Felt Foryciarz, of Mims, FL and the late Leonard Felt.
Mrs. Stanbro enjoyed sewing, crafts, painting, traveling & camping.
Surviving besides her mother are her husband Kenneth L. Stanbro, Sr. of Forestville, whom she married 53 years ago on August 26, 1961, three sons Kenneth (Lisa) Stanbro, Jr., of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Kyle (Tracey) Stanbro, of New Kent, VA, Kevin (Teri) Stanbro, of South Dayton, a daughter Kimberly (Sherman Bailey) Stott, of Forestville, two brothers, Greg (Mary Ellen) Felt, of Indiana, Leroy Felt, of Okeechobee, FL and a sister, Myrtle Pinto, of Delevan. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
There will be no visitation or services observed. The family suggests memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 101 John J. Audubon Parkway, Amherst, NY 14228-1198. Dear family of the late Stella Stanbro,
Sending you our condolences on the loss of your dear Mom and wife. I visited with Stella 2 day before her passing at Dr Sood’s office. She was having her last treatment. I am so glad that I was able to say my good byes.
I told her I would prayer that God would take her peacefully, I hope my prayers were answered. I never expected it to be so soon, lees than two days after our visit. May you Rest in Peace dear Stella. I pray that God that the family will be given the strength to get through their loss.
