Obituary Notice- Mary Lou Hubbard

GOWANDA:  Mary Lou Hubbard, 72, a resident of Gowanda Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Gowanda and a lifelong resident of Cottage, NY, died Wednesday, July 10th, at her residence, following an extended illness.  She was born in Salamanca, on April 8, 1941, the daughter of the late Emery J. and Marion L. (Bromley) Bartholomew.

Mrs. Hubbard was a member of Cottage United Methodist Church and the Forestville Chapter #247 Order of Eastern Star.  Mrs. Hubbard loved ceramics and motorcycle riding.

Survivors include her husband Donald F. Hubbard, of South Dayton, whom she married December 20, 1957, in Gowanda, two sons Brian (Sally) Hubbard, of North Collins, Marty (Tammy) Hubbard, of East Bernstadt, KY, and three brothers, Raymond (Linda) Bartholomew, of Gowanda, Dave (Barb) Bartholomew, of West Seneca and Bruce (Jennie) Bartholomew, of Gowanda.  Also surviving are 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and several nieces & nephews.

Friends are welcome to call at the Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Sunday from 3-5 & 7-9 pm, from where Funeral Services will be held Monday morning at 11 o’clock, with Rev. Carol Dill, pastor of Cottage United Methodist Church, officiating.  Interment will follow in Cottage Cemetery.
