FORESTVILLE: Robyne L. Herbstritt, 74, of Staffford Road, Forestville, died Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at Gowanda Rehabilitation and Nursing Center following a lengthy illness. She was born in Buffalo on January 10, 1952, the daughter of the late Isaac and Nellie (Smith) Bonsall.
Robyne was a graduate of Lake Shore Central School, Class of 1970 and worked as a Teller for the former Evans Bank in Forestville, for 6 years. Robyne also enjoyed gardening.
Survivors include her husband Leroy Herbstritt of 46 years, whom she married on December 31, 1979 in Derby, and a sister Judith (Leonard) Insalaco of Waynesboro, GA. Also surviving are four nieces; Diane, Maggie, Missy & Debbie, four nephews; David, Matthew, Jessie & Douglas and several cousins. Besides her parents she was predeceased by two sisters; Sandra M. Chido and Nancy J. Stockman.
No services will be observed at this time.
