CHERRY CREEK: Francis E. Goodrich, 78, of South Hill Road, Cherry Creek, passed away Thursday, February 1st, 2024 at his residence, following a lengthy illness. He was born in Albany on November 22, 1945, the son of the late Henry and Florence (Spade) Goodrich.
Francis worked and retired as a Bus Driver for First Student, Inc. Fredonia, after over 20 years of service. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and other forms of racing.
Survivors include his wife Darcy K. (Hurst) Goodrich of Cherry Creek, three daughters, Beth (Kris) Montemorano, of Clyde, NY; Brandy (Bobby) Mays, of Wheelersburg, OH; Carrie (Todd) Vianese, of Cherry Creek; and a son, Mark Goodrich, of Newark, NY. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a sister Geraldine Revette, and brothers Raymond, Richard and Morris Goodrich.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, time and place to be announced. The family suggests memorials may be made to Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care, 20 W. Fairmount Avenue, Lakewood, NY 14750.
