WESTFIELD: Jean M. McBride, 94, a resident of Absolut Care of Westfield, formerly of Silver Creek, passed away Wednesday, March 20th, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Perry, NY on November 10, 1924, the daughter of the late Joseph and Charlotte (Harris) Hollister.
Mrs. McBride was a graduate of Perry High School. At one time, Mrs. McBride modeled clothing for Fisher Price & LL Berger in NYC. She loved animals, walking and enjoyed having conversations with people.
Surviving are two sons Lloyd McBride, of Canada; and Dennis (Karyn) McBride, of Silver Creek. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Meryl McBride, whom she married on October 26, 1946, in Warsaw, NY.
The family suggests memorials may be made to Lakeshore Humane Society, 431 E. Chestnut Street Dunkirk, NY 14048.
