Walt Butcher was a great man, father, grandfather and husband. He was always a gentleman and was able to handle any situation he faced.
The dairy industry and friends from NYS Dairy Exhibits Inc. at the NY State Fair will miss his smile, volunteerism, and efforts on behalf of the dairy industry. He may no longer be with us in body, but his wit, advice and outlook will be in our presence forever.
