Obituary Notice- David D. King

FORESTVILLE:  David D. King, 62, of Cedar Street, Forestville, formerly of Farnham, died Thursday, January 29th, 2015 at Brooks Memorial Hospital, Dunkirk.  He was born in Rimersburg, PA on May 6, 1952, the son of the late Jerry V. and Margaret I. (Myers) King.

Mr. King was a graduate of Lake Shore Central School, Class of 1971, served in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War and worked for Bush Industries Jamestown, for 10 years.  He enjoyed fishing, fabricating & working with his hands.

Survivors include his wife Deana M. (Derucher) King, of Forestville, whom he married on December 31, 1971, in Gowanda, a son, Jerry (Jackie) King, of Forestville, a daughter, Grace (Jim) Frederickson, of Sweet Water, TN, four sisters, Ila Lake and Leota (Rick) Fite, both of Angola; Betty Lee, of Silver Creek and Nancy King, of Angola.  Also surviving are 7 grandchildren, Cody & Tyler King, Hunter & Cheyenne Brockman, Jessica, Erica & Jamie Frederickson, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.

Friends are welcome to call at the Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, from where Military Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday morning at 11 o’clock by members of J. Carter Knapp American Legion Post #953.  Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Pioneer Cemetery, Forestville.

    Dear Deana and family…im so sorry to hear of Davids passing…i hope he didnt suffer much before hand…i hope you all are doing okay ..please tell his sisters and everyone i am very sorry for their loss…i hope you are feeling okay Deana i know you both have been sick for a long time…love you and will pray for you to help get through this …
