Obituary Notice- Doris “Dorie” L. Mead

FREDONIA:  Doris “Dorie” L. Mead, 52, of Christy Road, Fredonia, died unexpectedly, Sunday, January 20th, at her residence.  She was born in Silver Creek, on June 16, 1960, the daughter of Robert Frontuto, of Forestville and the late Frances (Clark) Frontuto.

Ms. Mead attended Forestville Central School and worked at The Home Depot, Dunkirk, for 8 years and at one time worked for Wal-Mart in Fredonia.  She enjoyed reading.

Survivors include a daughter, Amanda (Nathaniel) Rogers, of Hurley, NY and a brother, Brian (Mary) Frontuto, of Gowanda.  Also surviving is a granddaughter Emily Rogers.  Besides her mother she was predeceased by 2 brothers Joseph D. & Robert W. Frontuto.

There will be no visitation observed. Private Services will be at the convenience of family.  Arrangements are by Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, Forestville.  To post condolences go to www.rilesandwoolleyfuneralhome.com.

    Our Father who art in Heaven hallowed be thy Name, they Kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts as we i forgive our debtors and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil for Thine is the kingdom, the power and the Glory for ever. Thank you God for allowing me the gift of know this beautiful lady. You will be missed my Darling Niece.

    Our condolences to the family. May you find peace as you
    reflect on your memories. I just recently had the opportunity
    to visit with Dorie,and will always recall what a friendly,
    and pleasant person she was. She will be missed.

    Dorie and I where friends through out high school. I am so sorry to hear this unexpected news. I have not seen Dorie in years. Ran into her one day at walmart and did some catching up. So sorry for your loss. May she have peace. condolence to her family. I have some great memories Dorie. My heart goes out to the family.
