FORESTVILLE: Kathleen J. (Miller) Robinson, 80, of King Road, Forestville, passed away Wednesday, December 11th, 2019 at her residence, following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in the Town of Hanover, on December 11, 1939, the daughter of the late Theodore and Tessie (Hilliker) Miller.
Mrs. Robinson was a graduate of Silver Creek High School, Class of 1957 and graduated from JCC with an Associates Degree in Psychology with High Honors, while working full time & raising a family. She worked for the former JN Adam Developmental Center, Perrysburg, for 24 years.
Mrs. Robinson was a former 4-H Leader for many years and she crocheted & knitted with the “Fingers of Hope” group in the Forestville United Methodist Church. She made many items and donated them to numerous hospitals & organizations. Her final gift was donating her body to the University at Buffalo Anatomical Gift Program.
Survivors include two daughters, Laura (Lenny) Vetter, of Masaryktown, FL; Ramona (Wayne) Reimondo, of Sinclairville; two sons Lon (Cheryl) Robinson, of Silver Creek; Monty (Jay) Robinson, of Forestville; and a sister, Sylvia (Richard) Pisa, of Forestville. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by an infant brother Lowel Miller.
Friends are welcome to call at Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. There will be no funeral service observed. Private Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Evergreen Lawn Cemetery, Town of Hanover.
