SILVER CREEK: Francesco “Frank” Giordano, 76, of Alleghany Road, Silver Creek, passed away Monday, November 21st, 2016 at TLC/HN-Lake Shore Hospital, Irving. He was born in Queens, NY on April 2, 1940, the son of the late Rocco and Francesca (Romoneo) Giordano.
