Butler"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FORESTVILLE:\u00a0 Mark D. Butler, 48, of Eagle Street, Forestville, died Friday, March 7th, 2014 at Buffalo General Hospital, following a lengthy illness.\u00a0 He was born in the Town of Hanover on October 30, 1965, the son of the late Charles H. and Helen (Krouse) Butler.<\/p>\n<p>From 1992-2009 Mr. Butler worked at the White Inn, Fredonia as an Executive Chef and then he worked as a Cook\/Educator at Cassadaga Job Corps Center, Cassadaga, from 2010-2012.\u00a0 Mr. Butler was a lifetime member of Forestville Fire Department, a member of Silver Creek Fireman&#8217;s Club, belonged to the Silver Creek Pool League and was a substitute for the South Dayton Pool League.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include a brother, Theodore &#8220;Terry&#8221; Mutchler, of Fort Pierce, FL, two half brothers, Ronald LaDolce, of Jamestown and Joe LaDolce, of Dunkirk.\u00a0 He is also survived by a nephew Terry Mutchler and his best friend Rick Tompkins of Westfield.<\/p>\n<p>There will be no visitation observed.\u00a0 Memorial Services will be held at a later date.\u00a0 Time and place to be announced.<\/p>\n<p>The family suggests memorial donations may be made to the Forestville Fire Dept.
