Olsen, Jr., 60, of Bennett State Road, Forestville, died Monday, July 8th, at his residence, following a short illness.\u00a0 He was born in Buffalo on June 22, 1953, the son of the late Harry W. and Margaret (Sugg) Olsen, Sr.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Olsen was a graduate of Forestville Central School, Class of 1972 and was co-owner of H. Olsen &amp; Sons, Inc. Forestville.\u00a0 He enjoyed shooting pool, bowling, was an avid Bills fan &amp; avid puzzle fanatic.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include his wife Denise L. (Richter) Olsen, whom he had been together with for over 20 years, a daughter, Shannon Olsen, of Wisconsin, three brothers, Gerald (Sue) Olsen, Sr., of Forestville, Larsen (Deb) Olsen, of Irving, Glenn (Cheryl) Olsen, of Dunkirk, two sisters, Valerie (Larry) Robinson, of Forestville and Jackie (Ken) Kerstetter, of Forestville.\u00a0 Also surviving are 2 grandsons Derrick Provenzano &amp; Brandon Dykeman and several nieces &amp; nephews.\u00a0 Besides his parents he was predeceased by a brother Garry Olsen, Sr., a brother-in-law &#8220;Butch&#8221; Richter and by 2 best friends Nate Stevens and Rodney Greenough.<\/p>\n<p>Friends are welcome to call at the Riles &amp; Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Friday from 2-4 &amp; 7-9 pm, from where Funeral Services will be held Saturday morning, at 11 o&#8217;clock.\u00a0 Interment will follow in Forestville Cemetery.<\/p>\n<p>The family suggests memorial donations may be made either to the HOSPICE Chautauqua County, Inc. 20 W.
