Hansen, 73, of East Aurora, died unexpectedly Saturday, August 15, 2026 at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo. He was born in Buffalo on January 30, 1953, the son of the late Harold and Ruth (Hinman) Hansen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;Ronald was a graduate of East Aurora High School, Class of 1972. He worked as a Barista at the Starbucks in Blasdell for 10 years. At one time, Ronald worked as a Kitchen Manager at Lake Shore Behavioral Services for 10 years and Wayside Family Restaurant as an overnight cook for 22 years, both in Buffalo. He was a member of The Tabernacle in Orchard Park for at least 50 years and a huge coffee enthusiast.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;Survivors include two daughters; Abigail Hansen &amp; Rhonda (Mike) Fontaine, both of Silver Creek, a sister; Catherine (Eugene) Brzezowski of Lackawanna and a brother; Jeffrey (Sadie) Hansen of Orchard Park. Also surviving are three grandchildren; Parker, Gabriella &amp; Aurora Fontaine and several nieces, nephews, great nieces &amp; great nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother Robert Hansen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>Arrangements are by Riles &amp; Woolley Funeral Home, Forestville.
