McNamara, 70, of Rt. 39, Forestville, died suddenly Saturday, February 14, 2026. He was born in Buffalo on February 15, 1955, the son of the late Edward and Carol (Hanrahan) McNamara.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;Jeffrey was a graduate of Frontier High School, Class of 1974. He attended Villa Maria College in Cheektowaga and proudly served in the US Army from 1976-1978 as a Military Policeman, he toured in Fischbach, Germany. Jeffrey worked as a Maintenance Man for Tri-County Country Club, Forestville. At one time he worked for Brink&#8217;s Security in Detroit, MI.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;He was a member of the Amvets Post #6472 in Silver Creek. Jeffrey was an avid sports fan, enjoyed hunting and had a strong faith in God.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;Survivors include two sisters; Sally (Gil) McPartlan of San Marcos, CA &amp; Mary (Jeffrey) Duerr of Boston, NY and three brothers; Dennis (Virginia) McNamara &amp; Richard McNamara, both of Hamburg and Raymond (Lori) McNamara of Lake View. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, great nieces &amp; nephews, his companion, Betty Bates of Silver Creek, and many friends.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 11 o&#8217;clock from Revive Wesleyan at South Creek, 2063 South Creek Road, Eden, NY. Interment will be Friday, June 5, 2026 at 1 o\u2019clock in Western New York National Cemetery, Corfu, NY.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;The family suggests memorials may be made to Western New York Veteran Affairs, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;Arrangements are by Riles &amp; Woolley Funeral Home, Forestville.
