Marsh, 94, of Eagle Street, Forestville, passed away at her residence, Saturday, January 6th, 2024 surrounded by family.&nbsp; She was born in Jamestown on September 25, 1929, the daughter of the late George and Nellie (Smith) VanName.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; Ruth worked as a Caretaker for WNYDDSO, at the Villenova IRA in South Dayton.&nbsp; She grew up in Randolph and moved to Eden to raise her family. Ruth spent her last years of her life living comfortably with her grandson Adam and Ashlee.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; Survivors include two sons Joseph (Ginny) Marsh and Stuart (Erin) Marsh, both of California; and a sister, Helen VanName, of Charleston, SC.&nbsp; She was the proud grandmother of Aaron, Micah, David, Adam (Ashlee), Joshua, Brian, Brandon and Liza.&nbsp; Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Joseph Marsh who died in 2007, a daughter Mary Marsh who died in 2009, brothers John, Nick &amp; Robert VanName and sisters Betty Casler &amp; Georgia Grey.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; Graveside services will be held at a later date in Randolph Cemetery.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; Arrangements are by Riles &amp; Woolley Funeral Home, Forestville.&nbsp; To post condolences or memories go to www.rilesandwoolleyfuneralhome.com.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FORESTVILLE:&nbsp; Ruth T.
