Schulenberg, 66, of Silver Creek, died Tuesday, June 19th, at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, following a lengthy illness.\u00a0 He was born in Dunkirk, on July 14, 1945, the son of Rita (Dillenkofer) Schulenberg, of Port Orange, FL and the late Frank Schulenberg.<\/p>\n<p>He served in the U.S. Navy and worked as a Police Sergeant and as Acting Police Chief for the former Town of Hanover Police Department, retiring in 1985.\u00a0 Mr. Schulenberg was a member of the NYS Police Chief&#8217;s Association, member of the NY Police Chief&#8217;s Benevolent Association and a life member of Samuel Cimino VFW Post #6472, Silver Creek.\u00a0 He enjoyed building model ships and was an avid boater.<\/p>\n<p>Surviving besides his mother are his wife Barbara (White) Cloud Schulenberg, of Silver Creek, whom he married in 1977, a daughter, Paula (Jeff) Green, of St. Petersburg, FL, a son, Jim (Tracy) Schulenberg, of Fredonia, two step sons Doug Cloud, of Lackawanna,\u00a0 Andy Cloud, of Atlanta, GA and a step daughter, Lorrie Cloud, of Silver Creek.\u00a0 Also surviving are 5 grandchildren and several nieces &amp; nephews.<\/p>\n<p>There will be no visitation observed.\u00a0 Memorial Services will be held from Riles &amp; Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville, Monday morning, June 25th, at 11 o&#8217;clock, with Rev. Michael Stitzel of the Forestville Baptist Church and Rev.
