Libby, 57, of Flucker Hill Road, Forestville, died Tuesday, September 20th, 2022 at Buffalo General Hospital, following a short illness.&nbsp; She was born in Gowanda on November 12, 1964, the daughter of Fred Woleben, of Jamestown and the late Karen (Gleason) Woleben Smith.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; Tina currently worked as a Winder for Gowanda Electronics, Gowanda, for 5 years. She previously worked as a Nurse&#8217;s Aide &amp; Clerk for the former Lake Shore Hospital, Irving for 19 years and also worked for South Dayton Supermarket.&nbsp; Tina enjoyed plants, flowers, playing cards and loved her wine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; Surviving besides her father are her husband Larry L. Libby of Forestville, a daughter, Laura (Edward) Garrett, of Hamburg; a step son, Jeremy (Michelle) Libby, of North Collins; two step daughters, Tonja Libby, of Gowanda; Deanna Libby, of Forestville; a sister, Lisa Woleben, of Cottage; and a step sister, Cathy (John) Enser, of Lawtons.&nbsp; Also surviving are fourteen grandchildren, one great grandson and several nieces &amp; nephews.&nbsp; Besides her mother she was predeceased by a brother Craig Woleben and a granddaughter Caitlyn Newcomb.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; Friends are welcome to call at Riles &amp; Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Friday, September 30th from 7-9 PM from where Funeral Services will be held Saturday morning at 11 o&#8217;clock.&nbsp; Interment will follow in Villenova Cemetery, Town of Villenova.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; The family suggests memorials may be made to Lakeshore Humane Society, 431 E. Chestnut Street Dunkirk, NY 14048.
