Newton, 59, of Dennison Road, Forestville, passed away Thursday, September 30th, 2021 at Cape Cod Hospital, Hyannis, MA.&nbsp; He was born in Silver Creek, on October 10, 1961, the son of the late Carlton L. and Madeline A. (Mason) Newton.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; Dean was a Class of 1979graduate of Forestville Central School, dedicated 41 years to his passion as a Plumbing Technician for Fredonia Heating and Plumbing in Fredonia. &nbsp;He loved the outdoors, especially hunting &amp; fishing.&nbsp; Dean was a diehard Bills fan and attended many Country &amp; 80&#8217;s music concerts.&nbsp; He was very proud of his children and adored his granddaughter.&nbsp; In previous years, he dedicated his spare time to coaching his son\u2019s little league baseball team for 4 years and enjoyed watching his children play sports growing up.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; Survivors include his love of his life, Gretchen M. (Potmesil) Newton of Forestville, whom he married in 1983, in Forestville, a daughter, Nicolette Newton, of Mary Esther, FL; a son, Nathan Newton, of Cattaraugus; and a brother, Bruce Newton, of Sheridan.&nbsp; Also surviving are a granddaughter Sophia Batiste.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; Friends are welcome to call at Riles &amp; Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Friday from 4-7 PM, from where Funeral Services will be held Saturday morning at 11 o&#8217;clock with Rev.
