CASSADAGA:  Allen “Butch” W. Harris, Jr., 47, of Rt. 60 Cassadaga, passed away at his residence Friday, November 20th, 2020, due to complications from recent health issues.  He was born in Dunkirk, on January 26, 1973, the son of Allen W. (Bonnie) Harris, Sr. and the late Karen Ann (Dixon) Harris.<\/p>\n

  He was a graduate of Dunkirk High School, Class of 1991, worked for Cliffstar for 12 years, was a Hazmat CDL truck driver and worked as a Bus Driver for Silver Creek Central School for 2 years.<\/p>\n

  Allen enjoyed riding his Harley, going to the beach, hunting, swimming, snowmobiling & 4 wheeling, being with family where he was the life of the party, putting others ahead of himself and his dog “R2”.<\/p>\n

  Survivors include his wife Barbara A. (Turnbull) Harris of Cassadaga, whom he married on September 12, 2020, in Niagara Falls, NY, two sons Allen W. (Jazzie Love) Harris, III, Mitchel D. Harris, a step daughter, Summer Yochum, all of Forestville; a step son, Justin (Meredith) Keller, of Decatur, GA; two brothers, Steven A. Harris, of South Carolina; and Christopher Harris, of Jamestown.  Also surviving are a grandchild Relic Harris and several nieces & nephews.  Besides his mother he was predeceased by a very close friend Michael J. Kussey.<\/p>\n

  Friends are welcome to call at Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Tuesday from 4-7 PM from where Funeral Services follow at 7 PM with Rev. Michael Leamon, pastor of Christ Chapel Wesleyan Church, Silver Creek, officiating.  Due to COVID 19 restrictions, masks are required and capacity is limited to 33% (approximately 53 people at a time).<\/p>\n
