FORESTVILLE:\u00a0 Ramona R. “Monie” Stanbro, 80, of Hopper Road, Forestville, formerly of Flucker Hill Road, died peacefully Friday, April 10th, 2020.\u00a0 She was born in Silver Creek, on March 18, 1940, the daughter of the late Joseph Rymer and Beulah (Parsell) Rymer Tarnowski.<\/p>\n
Monie held several positions in her lifetime, including picking grapes, working at the former Fredonia Seed Company, the former Cockaigne Ski Resort and then retiring from the former Lake Shore Hospital’s Radiology Department.\u00a0 She will be dearly missed.<\/p>\n
Survivors include two sons Lyle (Debbie) Stanbro, TImothy (Sheila) Stanbro, two daughters, Darcy (Mike) Stanbro-Tweedle, Lorry (Kirk) Schneider, a sister, Darlene (James) Hilliker and seven grandchildren; Adam (AJ) & Jake, Justin & Nicole, Ian & Jocelyn and Alana, nephew Jim Hilliker & niece Monie Lynn.\u00a0 Also surviving are many relatives including Carl, Doug, Kenny Stanbro, Janice Ortel and their children, who are grieving the loss of this wonderful individual.\u00a0 Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Lyle L. Stanbro, Sr.<\/p>\n
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.\u00a0 Time and place to be announced.
