Czarnecki of Silver Creek, passed away on Monday March 26, 2012.\u00a0 She was born in Buffalo on October 12, 1941. She was a graduate of Hixson&#8217;s School of Floral Design, and then went on to open and operate Foliage House Florists in Silver Creek for many years from which she retired.<\/p>\n<p>Lucreacia was known and respected throughout the area where she donated her time, and often her flowers to the people of Silver Creek whom she cared so much for.\u00a0 She was a regular volunteer at the Festival of Grapes and Republican Club.\u00a0 She was also a volunteer and officer for the Business and Professional Women&#8217;s Club and the Silver Creek and Northern Chautauqua Chamber of Commerce.\u00a0 She taught Adult Education, was an officer of the Western New York United Florist Association, a Religious Education teacher, a Member of AFS and a Host Family for the organization, a Den mother, and an active United Way Volunteer.\u00a0 In addition she was a very active member of the Roman Catholic Community and a proud member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, in Silver Creek, and Blessed Sacrament in Clermont, Florida, where she and her husband spent their winters the past few years.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include her adoring husband of 51 years, Norbert E. Czarnecki, a loving daughter, Debora (Anthony) Sack and 3 loving sons, Albert (Mary), Kevin (Michelle), and Mark (Kimberly) Czarnecki, 1 brother John Maxim and 2 sisters Mary Yox and Lorraine McKee.\u00a0 Also surviving are 6 Grandchildren: Joel, Emily, Justyn, Sara, Madison, and Rachel and 1 Great Grandchild: Brayden.<\/p>\n<p>Friends are welcome to call at Riles and Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Sunday, April 1st from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.\u00a0 A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday morning at 10 o&#8217;clock from Our Lady of Mt. Carmel RC Church, 135 Central Ave., Silver Creek, with Rev. Daniel Fiebelkorn, pastor officiating (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH).\u00a0 The family suggests memorial donations may be made either to the Our Lady of Mt.
