Indian Lake Estates, FL:\u00a0 Barbara L. Mosher, 78, of Avocado Drive, Indian Lake Estates, FL, formerly of South Dayton, died unexpectedly, Tuesday, September 24th, 2019 in the Town of Leon, NY.\u00a0 She was born in Dansville, NY on October 23, 1940, the daughter of the late Chester and Bernice (Butcher) Miller.<\/p>\n
Mrs. Mosher worked as a Secretary\/Treasurer for Harry Austin Milling, Inc., South Dayton, NY, for 56 years.\u00a0 She was a member of the Collins Draft Horse Club and the American Haflinger’s Association.\u00a0 Mrs. Mosher enjoyed camping, making crafts and golfing.<\/p>\n
Survivors include two sons Michael Mosher, of Thousand Oaks, CA; Mark (Anita) Mosher, of Conewango Valley; a daughter, Karla (Scott) Gilbert, of Medina, OH; and a sister, Pamela (Gary) Ackley, of Leon.\u00a0 Also surviving are seven grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.\u00a0 Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Kenneth R. Mosher, whom she married in Cattaraugus on August 27, 1960 and who died March 25, 2018 and by a daughter Kazan Mosher.<\/p>\n
A Celebration of Life will be held at the South Dayton Hotel, Pine Street, South Dayton on Sunday, September 29th at 1:30 pm.\u00a0 Private Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Villenova Cemetery.\u00a0 The family suggests memorials may be made to American Haflinger Fund %Carolyn Sutton, Treasurer of Fund, 2031 Fixler Road, Medina, OH 44256.<\/p>\n
