Graff, 85, a resident of Chautauqua Nursing &amp; Rehab Center, Dunkirk, formerly of Center Road, Sheridan, died peacefully after an extended illness, Saturday, June 3rd, 2017 at her residence.\u00a0 She was born in the Town of Sheridan, on March 3, 1932, the daughter of the late Joseph and Stephanie (Rusnaczyk) Szumigala.<\/p>\n<p>She was a graduate of Forestville Central School, Class of 1949 and a graduate of the former Our Lady of Victory Infant Home School of Nursing, Lackawanna.\u00a0 She worked as a Dispatcher for CARTS, Dunkirk, for 15 years and at one time worked for the WCA Home, Fredonia and St. Columban&#8217;s on the Lake, Silver Creek.\u00a0 Mrs. Graff was a member of Blessed Mary Angela Parish Church of St. Hedwig, Dunkirk and was a past member of the former St. John Bosco RC Church, Sheridan and their Rosary &amp; Altar Society.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include three daughters, Sandra Graff, of Saratoga Springs, NY; Marlene (Michael Sternisha) Graff, of Perrysburg; Kathleen (David) Nelson, of Brocton; a son, Andrew (Karen) Graff, of Forestville; a sister, Barbara Hopf, of Leesburg, FL; and three brothers, Adrian (Patricia) Szumigala, of Webster, FL; David (Peggy) Szumigala, of Fredonia; Timothy (Kristine) Szumigala, of Summerfield, NC. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces &amp; nephews.\u00a0 Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Willard E. Graff, whom she married in the former St. John Bosco RC Church, Sheridan and who died April 1, 1976, infant twin sons Joseph &amp; Charles Graff, a sister Stephanie Gula, a brother Joseph Szumigala and a great grandson Travis Dean Graff.<\/p>\n<p>Friends are welcome to call at Riles &amp; Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.\u00a0 A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 10 o&#8217;clock from Blessed Mary Angela Parish Church of St. Hedwig, 324 Townsend Street, Dunkirk, with Rev.
