Sealander, Sr., 81, of Kuhrt Road, Forestville, died unexpectedly Tuesday, December 20th, 2016, at TLC\/HN-Lake Shore Hospital, Irving.\u00a0 He was born in Jamestown, on December 1, 1935, the son of the late Gustaf and Alice (Morrison) Sealander.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Sealander served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, from 1950-1957, being stationed in both Korea &amp; Europe.\u00a0 He worked as a Head Maintenance Man for Durion in Angola, for 30 years.\u00a0 He was a member and longtime Post Commander of Sheridan VFW Memorial Post #6390, past County Commander and lifetime member of the Fredonia Beaver Club, where he was a past president.\u00a0 Mr. Sealander enjoyed bird watching and loved doing yard work.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include his wife Mary C. (Stafford) Sealander, whom he married on September 12, 1959, in St. Joseph RC Church, Fredonia, a son, Karl G.
