FORESTVILLE:  Glenn A. Sickles, 68, of Pearl Street, Forestville, died Friday, January 24th, 2014 at TLC/HN-Lake Shore Hospital, Irving.  He was born in Buffalo on May 21, 1945, the son of the late Arnold J. and Winifred K. (Martin) Sickles.

Mr. Sickles served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was stationed in Germany.  He worked as a Laborer for the former Bethlehem Steel Corp., Lackawanna, for 30 years.

Survivors include three daughters, Kelsey Sickles, of Forestville, Koressa (Christopher) Sickles-Will, of Grand Island and Kaitlyn (Mark) Thomas-Crane, of Buffalo.  Also surviving are 3 grandchildren- Emma Sickles, Austin Thomas & Dominic Crane.  Besides his parents he was predeceased by a sister Audrey.

  There will be no visitation or services observed.  The family suggests memorial donations may be made to Brooks Memorial Hospital-Dialysis Unit, 529 Central Avenue, Dunkirk, NY 14048.  Arrangements are by Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, Forestville.  To post condolences go to www.rilesandwoolleyfuneralhome.com

    rest in peace, our lifelong friend, the gentle relaxed guy of the neighborhood, prankster at times, my sisters best friend, even thought u lived at our house at times, childhood times growing up on elmwood ave, wouldn’t change it for a minute, love you brother glenn, we will meet again. joe & donna rae
