Jackson, GA: Henry “Bud” F. Cockburn, 73, a resident of Dream Catcher Assisted Living, Jackson, GA, passed away Monday, January 25th, 2021, at his residence. He was born in Columbia, SC on April 17, 1947, the son of the late Russell and Carolyn (Corley) Cockburn.
Bud was a graduate of Silver Creek Central School and worked as a Dishwasher for the former Connie’s Country Kitchen, Meridian, NY, for 3 years. He was a lifetime member of Hanover Masonic Lodge #152 F&AM, Forestville.
Survivors include a brother, Steven (Vickie) Cockburn, of Greensboro, NC, two nieces, two nephews, one grandnephew and one grandniece. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a brother Lewis G. Daniels and an aunt Thelma Campaign.
Private Interment will be in Forestville Cemetery. The family suggests memorials may be made either to the American Cancer Society, 13 Beech Street Johnson City, NY 13790 or the American Heart Association, PO Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241-7005. Arrangements are by Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, Forestville.
