CervantesTFREDONIA:  Todd M. Cervantes, 42, of Straight Road, Fredonia, died Wednesday, February 27th, 2019 at his residence, following a lengthy illness.  He was born in Dunkirk, on September 15, 1976, the son of Ralph G. Cervantes, of Forestville and the late Sharon L. (Stroka) Cervantes, who died October 29, 2017.

He was a graduate of Forestville Central School, Class of 1994 and a graduate of Jamestown Business College in February 2017 with an Associates in Applied Science.  Mr. Cervantes worked as a Warehouse Clerk for the former Carriage House, Fredonia, for 10 years.  He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers & Penguins fan, enjoyed reading and was a Bass Player for many local bands.  His favorite bands were “Iron Maiden” & “Rush”.

Survivors include his wife Tracy A. (Horton) Cervantes of Fredonia, whom he married on October 12, 2013, two sons Brandon and Nicholas Barrus, living at home, a brother, Cuyler (Kim) Cervantes, of Saginaw, MI; two sisters, Tammy (Stephen) Hall, of Jefferson, GA; and Kathy (Michael) Ferneza, of Forestville.  Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Besides his mother he was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Ernest & June Gostomski and his paternal grandparents Pedro & Isabel Cervantes.

Friends are welcome to call at Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.  Private Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Forestville Cemetery Forestville.

    Ralph, Terry told me about Todd. What kick in the —-. Man I’m so sorry to hear that. Let me know if Marilyn and I can do anything for you. Of course, we’ll be making a donation. Are Tammy and Kathy okay. Tell them Uncle Richard said hi. When you are ready come on down. We’ll check the radishes.
